We are a small team that learned its trade inside large organisations. We help small businesses go digital properly, and we stay until it works.
For years we built and ran systems for big companies, where the stakes were high and the standards were strict. We learned how good operations are actually produced, and what goes wrong when the systems do not match the work.
We kept meeting smaller business owners with the same problems and none of the support. Too many spreadsheets, processes that lived in one person’s head, and software no one had time to set up properly. So we started doing for them what we used to do for the large players, at a size and price that makes sense.
We understand both sides of the work. The floor and the back office, the customer and the data. We use modern tools and AI where they genuinely help, and we take privacy seriously because we have had to. We are based in Geneva and we work with clients across borders, in five languages.
We keep our engagements small and senior on purpose. You work with the people doing the thinking, the work is shaped around your business, and we judge ourselves on what actually changes.
