Most work starts with a paid review, usually from CHF 4,500. Projects and ongoing help are priced once we understand what you need, and we tell you where things start before any work begins. You are paying for judgement and for getting it done, not for a stack of documents.

Questions

Things people ask.

Who do you work with?: Small and growing businesses with real operations. Hotels, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shops, clinics and other local or service businesses. If the work has outgrown spreadsheets and memory, we can help.
Do you advise or actually do the work?: Both. We work out what should change and we stay to help put it in place with your team.
Is this only for hospitality?: No. It is where we are strongest, but the same approach suits any business with moving parts. What makes a hotel run well makes a shop or a pharmacy run well too.
Do you work outside Switzerland?: Yes. We are in Geneva and work with clients in other countries, in person when it helps and remotely the rest of the time, in five languages.
What happens after I get in touch?: We read your message ourselves and reply within two business days to set up a short call. No call centre, no forms to chase.
